Our step by step process:

  • We have a 30 minutes call where I will as details on the condition of your property

  • after the call you can take some pictures of the property and send them to me either via WhatsApp or as a email attachment

  • within 72 hours from our call we will do a pre visit valuation, meaning if you share pictures and details of the property and disrepair accurately we will make a offer.

  • If you accept the offer we will come and do a viewing to confirm what you have told us is correct 

  • From here we move into instructing the solicitors on both sides and we instruct the solicitor we are covering the legal fee's
